@hackerfriendly @nina_kali_nina at first I was like "hey, aren't Amps and Volts somehow connected by some Ohm's law?" but your method of 30KV actually does not require the other end of the cable to be connected anywhere! It's genius, you plug one end to the source, the FireWire wire is on fire, no additional load necessary!
