@dxzdb yeah, I don’t know too much about how the induction stuff works, but the radiant electric is like the worst of all worlds. It’s either on or off, so if you turn it down, it basically pulses, turning on until it hits an upper threshold and then turning off until it hits a lower threshold, and I can’t imagine that’s great for the process.
I assume that with induction, just like with gas, you can really control the temp. Maybe even more evenly.
