Overstressed.

Overwhelmed.

expected to answer immediately, respond to this deadline, fill out this paperwork, make these calls.

I couldnt even dial 911 when I reached the point of word salad.

I'm afraid it will happen again if the systems out there that require paperwork and phone calls dont turn down their ongoing demands. MAKE IT LESS DAMMIT. It's TOO MUCH. My brain shuts down.
