My husband has started counting his calories, and I eat mostly what he eats. He’s been instructed by his PT to eat 2500kcal/day, and I’m struggling to keep up with the food intake. My BMR is around 2, and active is about 1.
Which means I’ve probably been starving myself for probably 10 years, during my marathon era, during Barry’s.
I didn’t even know and it’s a lot to process.
