My husband has started counting his calories, and I eat mostly what he eats. He’s been instructed by his PT to eat 2500kcal/day, and I’m struggling to keep up with the food intake. My BMR is around 2, and active is about 1.

Which means I’ve probably been starving myself for probably 10 years, during my marathon era, during Barry’s.

I didn’t even know and it’s a lot to process.

I’ve always looked down at fitfluencers for their stupid diets and I’ve been routinely under eating by what? 1000 kcal a day?

@af it has a lots of factors what is the ideal calories for one person per day. I usually counting calories. And actually now the official calory intake changed since I started it (around 2000)... So... Yeah. If you wanna know what is good for your body you should consult with a dietitian what is the minimum amount with your lifestyle what is necessary for you. Maybe you're starving yourswlf, maybe not... Unified diets don't work because we're all different.
