@macinjosh I’ve switched back to it since version 8 was released and it’s been great. I’m using it on a desktop PC with dual 2.5k monitors. X11 window session is still a better experience than Wayland at the moment, so unless you have specific Wayland requirements, like mixed DPI on multi-monitor then I recommend X11. Also there is a fair few of the apps designed for elementary that haven’t been made Wayland compatible yet.
