My favorite company to work with regarding media is by far Libro.fm.
In the evenings, my wife and I have been spending months ripping DVDs, and that's a huge pain in the butt, with figuring out which episode is which, renaming, re-encoding, etc.
All of this because the big companies won't offer DRM-free downloadable copies, even if you'd be more than happy to pay them.
With Libro.fm and audiobooks, I just buy the book and they offer me a way to download the files immediately. It means I can just buy my books quickly, drop them on a local folder, and I'm done.
I wish I could do that with TV, but at least with Libro.fm, I have a happy life around audiobooks. :)
