@aj4om yeah - I've been trying to dust it off. I've worked at the same place for 21 years though, so I'm rusty on the whole job search processes. I've only managed to get to actual humans twice in the past year - once I struck out at the HR pre-interview, and once for a job I thought sounded awesome, I made it through to the final round, but didn't get picked.
