My M1 Mac Mini is Wi-Fi 6, so only 5 GHz, and my gaming PC is Wi-Fi 6E but still uses 5 GHz a lot. I need more testing time, but the latency to the base router is a lot lower and more consistent, and speeds are closer to a wired connection. Gotta test it with more games and video calls.
Link rate on the desk router is reported as 3843.1 Mbps with a -49 dBm RSSI. The base router is about 20 ft away.
