Only just over two weeks after publishing Chris Boardman saying bike rant stories are harmful and disproportionate, The Guardian is back to berating cyclists for riding without bells and going faster than "appropriate speed" on a cycleway that people can walk on (which is almost all of them). Isn't the real problem that good routes are too narrow and too few, so get overcrowded? (What is an inappropriate speed anyway? Phallus mph?)
