One thing I've noticed in gaming forums is if a player's struggling with a particular part of the game (e.g. making several timed jumps in quick succession), the reaction is often 'well you're just not very good then / sounds like a skill issue', rather than maybe the game is a bit too difficult or perhaps some people just want to enjoy playing the game rather than suffering a challenge (I play most games on the lowest difficulty for this reason).
