🏃 Heute mal 100 % ....

! Luftfeuchtigkeit! 😅

GöGa liegt seit 3 Tagen flach, also noch eine kleine Runde, bevor es zu spät ist! Habs schon gemerkt, da ist was in mache 😷 War anstrengender als es sein sollte, Puls beim Stretching nach dem Lauf fast 20 💓 Beats höher als normal 🙄
