I was wondering what to have for dinner and remembered there's some clam chowder in the freezer. I see the thin type is traditional from the Canadian maritime provinces which I suppose makes sense since part of me comes from PEI. Sometimes I'll thicken it for leftovers but it's always made thin here. A heel of sourdough bread and a sourdough crumpet toasted to go along with it.
