@markhburton That's great!
My great-great grandfather and great-grandfather worked on a railroad running between Prescott and Ottawa (Ontario, Canada). My grandfather worked in a lumber mill beside the railroad in Prescott, and presumably helped unload lumber when it arrived by rail. My father was one of the local dignitaries on the train that cut the ribbon for the new train station in Kingston, ON in the 1970s. But that's about it for my family (as far as rail-employment history goes).
