@evacide@hachyderm.io @Infoseepage@mastodon.social Twitter was unique because Elon had a ton of money and simply didn't care. He was forced into buying Twitter (by his own stupidity). Mark has spent over decade trying to keep Facebook and Meta going. So there’s a very real chance that if they feel pushback from advertisers, journalists and so on that they might fold. I don’t think Mark is going to kill off his platforms to appease a man who can’t be elected again (after this term).
