That same link isn’t anywhere to be found on the first page of Mojeek search results: https://www.mojeek.com/search?q=python+packaging+library
Even if you click on “See more results from pypi.org” to limit the search there, the library with the name you searched for is at number 8 in the results.
Directly searching for "site:pypi.org packaging" at least returns the link as the second result.
