It shouldn't be up to women to police dangerous men. It is up to men to recognise the predators around them and to protect their loved ones. To protect the women and children in the tribe, so to speak. It's a topsy-turvy world when this doesn't happen, when the predators roam free, get excused and enabled. When they are the ones with networks and can introduce corruption into the system. When the women and children are the ones expected to remain silent about injustices done to them, because they can be reasoned with. The ungovernable are the ones in charge it seems.
