@Szescstopni It would depend on the topography, bedrock conformation and bedrock type. If you can, consult a hydrologist familiar with your area.

What this paper shows is that groundwater effects could be felt >100 km away from a disturbance, and in a different watershed. Such possible effects beyond the directly-affected catchment(s) should be considered in evaluating the impact of mines.
