Why now about the rape gangs? To what end?
The media have (with a few notable exceptions) not really wanted to pay more than lip service to it. So why are they (being paid to be) concerned now? Nobody believes that they suddenly care about white working-class girls, not even for one second.
Are we about to see a specific fall guy? Will it be a token to appease the mob, or has someone high up outlived their usefulness and is about to be thrown to the wolves?
Or is it to bring in a new piece of legislation? "Women will have their right to leave the home restricted to be kept safe. Women must wear the full burka so men won't rape them. We'll call it the Rotherham Bill."
Or is it to manufacture a massive distraction to deflect from the other terrible legislation they're about to inflict on us? Eve's Law, Martyn's Law, Assisted Dying, Digital Currency, Facial Recognition, Blasphemy laws etc etc. If they want a distraction, another pandemic might still be too soon (they're still floating avian flu), climate change is not as big a draw as it was, and drag queens telling us how tough life is just won't cut it.
