@grissallia daughter-in-law is moving out tomorrow. after moving in Jan-2020. she moved from a small town in FNQ, has since become one with the city, grown significantly in world view and capability, and so moving out is a triumph and quite marvellous.
but, same, we joyfully tearfully become less while the world grows more.
i do feel a pang of remorse for her flatmates though. we taught her to cook well but could never seem to instill the ‘clean-as-you-go’.
