Not sure how I did this, but somehow, I ran Windows setup such that it allowed me to create a local account and hasn't prompted me yet to sign into Microsoft. This is what I wanted, but does anyone know what I did, so that I can do it this way next time? Normally it seems to force Microsoft account login.
