Not sure how I did this, but somehow, I ran Windows setup such that it allowed me to create a local account and hasn't prompted me yet to sign into Microsoft. This is what I wanted, but does anyone know what I did, so that I can do it this way next time? Normally it seems to force Microsoft account login.

Oh my gosh, UTM has something called SPICE Tools. No idea what they are, but spice tools sounds like something everyone should have either on their machine, or in their kitchen. :)

I'm going to try setting up Windows virtually on my Mac, but depending on how that goes, any recommendations for Windows machines? Ideally laptop, just doing typical browsing/email/office, nothing that should require tons of processing power.
