Had a "family" construction with Apple. My dad renewed Duolingo for 66 euro's. Charged from MY creditcard. I asked for a refund from Apple. Then ended the family construction. Result; my dad gets an e-mail about the refund, I don't get my money back, neither does my dad. Apple support: unhelpful. My bank: "something went wrong, try again later". My dad: "Did Apple Pay get hacked?". Duolingo: "Here's our AI not actually answering your questions". #facepalm
