This looks like a good candidate for re-flashing. But it might not be what's currently on. At least the Use-AP-Mode-if-can't-connect-to-Wifi or press-button-for-8s-to-enter-AP-mode doesn't work as described.
I'm also still interested in the CAD files for the stand.
