I should have made these almond croissants yesterday, so we'd have had them this morning, but they'll be perfectly fine tomorrow. Yes, I'll dust them with confectioner's sugar as soon as they've cooled. It'll be glorious.
Also on the stove, I big pot of refried beans simmering for dinner tonight.
