Finished @violetblue ‘s incredible book “The Covid Safety Handbook” on the plane. I learned so much:

• there are better, more comfortable masks available than the one I’m using

• there are sprays which can reduce the chance of catching covid, and probiotics and mouthwashes that can reduce the chance of developing long covid.

• preventing catching Covid means we can live to fight another day, until sterilising vaccines and better public health measures become available.
