I've opened a trouble ticket with #Starlink about the crappy performance of our Apple TV (all other devices have ~10x the throughput of the Apple TV)
They replied with mostly boilerplate troubleshooting steps which shifts the burden to me to demonstrate why none of that helps and there is something specific going on with this device.
This why I so rarely bother with tech support. It usually offers so little bang for the buck, wrt time and effort.
