I find this time of year tough.
I leave the Christmas period able to completely rest because everything and everyone stops for a bit and I have the energy to live as everyone else does.
I have about 50% of the energy I should have due to energy limiting illness.
A Christmas break shows me how well I could be if I didn’t have to work. Giving that up again is hard.
Anyway happy new year for those that find this time of year refreshing.
