@robincapper @BenRossTransit hmm. if I'm driving a regular vehicle and my brakes fail so I can't stop at a crossing, or when a cop tells me to, say — am I liable or is the manufacturer? Even if it turns out the failure is a vehicle design fault? I suspect I'm still liable.
