@max Sounds like it made a difference. But it also sounds like a case of someone being pretty checked out and disliking something half heard and half remembered. When offered some info, they adjusted their ideas accordingly. That's about all we can hope for, cause none of us pay attention to much beyond our lived experiences even when we have good intentions.
