The only problem is I'm out of the chemical aid now. Hoping I can get some more with a telehealth visit. But the telehealth provider my employer has now gave me some youtube link for breathing exercises last time I had insomnia.
And their stupid app is saying my phone is rooted (and I wish that were true, and has been true for long periods in my past) when it is not.
