today i've been on the phone on hold for the past hour waiting for dhhs to free up a case worker to help me fix a verification issue with my SNAP recertification. (because there is 12 cents that they can't account for. ๐ this happens every year omggg.) i just got the notification letter today 12/26 and the deadline is 12/28. :blobrollingeyes:
in the same mail haul i also got a notification that my rent is going up $15 which is mildly annoying. lol.
on the good side, i also got my new 2025 calendar in the mail so that's nice.
