What do you guys think of promoting a car-free day? Maybe for that day in March that we use up our share of resources for the year? Ideally there would be an incentive because some people will look at that as "ooo light traffic day!" Maybe get retailers to offer a discount to people who bike or walk in? Maybe a big sale day for bike dealers.
