@karl There is (or at least was) an option to collect your new card in person instead of having it mailed. So choose that and use "5 avenue Anatole France, 75007 Paris" (lol, or whatever you want). The next time you are in Paris, go to any metro or RER customer service desk with ID and they will fabricate it on the spot. Problem solved. The card is valid for ten years.
