website update log (day 2):
added little "waveform" graphics to the homepage to break up the ~wall of text~ effect: https://palomakop.tv/
completely redesigned my Now page - it was very rainbow before, and now it's dark and simpler. also, i made my own pixely versions of all the social icons (they have color if you hover on them): https://palomakop.tv/now/
the little graphics i made on both pages are svgs that i drew as pixel art and did a blur & threshold to before vectorizing them. so it's pixelated, but with some subtle "blobbiness". (i was having a lot of fun with that if you can't tell.) you can see it better if you zoom way in: https://s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/palomakop.tv/graphics/sine.svg
at some point, i want to make more little pixel art graphics to use as dividers on the now page, but i'm kind of enjoying the simplicity for now.
oh, also, the header graphic is filled in now (it was just an outline before). this gives it a heavier/bolder look.
