@Teri_Kanefield Brilliant. Thoughtful. Love the use of Antigone, which I read as a sophomore in high school and completely missed the nuance then, through no fault of my teacher. It's helpful to get your perspective on the Trump voters and those who did not vote. I have personally been in utter shock, disbelief, and disappointment - it doesn't mean I've given up, but the process back from shock takes time and warm cups of broth or tea to recover, reassess, and map out a different path based on a reality I didn't fully grasp. If we're lucky here, and not players in an actual Greek tragedy, it's only fatal to be mistaken if we don't face and learn from our mistakes. I hope we still have some luck left.
