This month I learned* that plunger coffee is exactly the same as filter coffee, except without the waste of daily disposable filters. Has anyone told this to Americans yet?

• work colleague "won" a prize of a big box of different styles of coffees. She doesn't drink coffee, and thus passed them out. I claimed one that says it's good with plant-based milks, since we use oat milk in our instant coffee. Then had to buy a plunger. And now I know! And it's good with oat milk!
