Today’s 3 Good Things:
Doing this post even though I absolutely do not want to today. But I have kept this up daily since Mr Idiot won the US election and it has kept me [more] stable since then.
The birds in the garden and the regular squirrel visitor. They distract me in the best ways.
Getting some sleep. Even if it’s not great quality, I am so grateful for some sleep.
