Can't recall where I got it but this "Roadmap for Digital Sovreignty" is to me important, thought-provoking reading

It's the kind of thing I wish I could share with libraries and other public sector computing folks, and yet doing so just makes me feel like an even bigger alien than I already am. And maybe it's pointless/too late. But I like me some windmills....
