One for the FOSS Devs out there. I volunteer with a local charity that provides Galaxy Tabs free to digitally disenfranchised, mostly elderly, people. I'm pretty elderly myself but have spent half my life dabbling in tech so I provide some tech support. Most of the issue arise from overly complicated apps and websites with too many pop ups and options. Often people will click/tap a button and sit there waiting for a result not noticing an obscure confirm dialog has appeared in a corner or... 1/2
