About 4 weekends ago, I missed the third-last step going down the stairs, fell and hurt my ankle. While the ankle has improved over the last month, I finally feel today that I can start doing ankle strengthening exercises without doing damage ... I wonder what exercises would be appropriate? My knee on that leg is starting to be strained ... gotta be careful. Contemplating a visit to a physiotherapist.
