- The California state government explicitly demands medical records of people who have transitioned, or changed gender markers on documents. (Possibly if Federal gov't.)
- or California state gov't begins reverting names or gender markers on official documentation. (Probably start thinking about moving if CA bars future such changes to official documentation.)
- If CA caves to Federal gov't demands to stop treating trans folks like humans.
