simple strategy for dealing with jet lag:
- go to bed late, to force yourself to wake up late
- wake up early anyway
- repeat a couple times
- without setting an alarm, lie down for a "quick" nap
- wake up 4 hours later in a cold sweat
Congratulations! Time no longer has meaning, so you can't technically be jet lagged
