Ich würde mir nie für eine Einzel-Portion den Ofen anstellen - so funktioniert das super.

Mini-Reiskocher zum Dünsten brachte mir ebenfalls Entlastung - der schaltet halt ab, wenn die Zeit um ist, und hält warm. Wenn ich dann hochkomme, ist z.B. Dal für mich bereit, ohne dass ich darauf achten musste.
