@jenmarin @peterfr @pluralistic it's pretty easy to boil down

1. All files max 3 folders deep

2. First folder is meta-grouping (i.e. "10-19 work")

3. Second folder is Grouping (i.e. "11 - accounts payable")

4. Third folder is item (i.e. "11.02 - 2023 lawn mowing payable")

The rest of the page is kind of explaining why it works and giving strategies for how to meta-group stuff
