@sqrtminusone I'm planning to take Wallabag (self-hosted) for a spin to see if the read-it-later mentality will encourage my reading. It's good to know that there's offline support for the Android client.
RSS, as you mention, has always managed to entertain in me when I'm offline and this is especially the case on my mobile phone, mobile data is rather expensive.
