@BrokenFlows only thing I've thought of is visibly taking pictures of their car and license plate. If they look like they're reacting, visibly film their face. Doesn't even really matter whether there's anywhere to send such pictures/footage where you are or even if you're really taking photos/video. Makes them uncomfortable, especially about retaliating. I used to ride with a visible helmet cam, and pointing at it helped tame the worst drivers a bit
