@jmeowmeow I definitely agree that it was quite confusing when first joining Mastodon.
It makes sense that certain servers don’t talk to others because this platform is very community driven, so it makes sense that moderators may also have different standards of moderating.
Many people have mentioned their migration from Twitter, I think that’ll be interesting to investigate for my essay as well. Thank you for the insightful feedback as usual!
