Soooo … who comes up with the “serving size” on nutrition tables?
Out of curiosity, I just used the kitchen scale while preparing my Müsli for tomorrow’s breakfast. The pecan nuts, cashews, dried fruit, and whole grain oats made for a sum total of ~150 g?! And that’s without the half banana and quarter of an apple I’ll add freshly in the morning.
The oats list a serving size of 40 g — I used 70 g. 😳
