Mastodon is now the only social media that doesn't make me sick. The past few days have perfectly demonstrated how the algorithm of for-profit social media is a corrosive force in culture and an emotional cancer to our society. I deleted my Twitter account a few months ago and have not missed it at all. I think all my meta accounts need to go next.
